Characteristics:
Automatic stitching machine is composed of vacuum feeding department and folder stitching department. Display adjustment control, PLC computer adjustment, double frequency conversions running synchronously. The operation model is easy, reliable and accurate. Automatic feeding, folding, stitching, counting and stacking. With high speed, save energy and cost.
Introduction of each department
1. feeding department
Adopt the lead edge belt absorption feeding accurate and reliable.
Adopt top grade electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system, for the individual control of feeding department.
The height of press-paper wheel can be adjusted, the suitable thickness of cardboard is 2-8mm.
Linkage with folding department, frequency control.
The front baffle of feeding department and belt can be adjusted right and left.
2. Stitching department
Double imported servo drive high precision, reduce the mechanical transmission part, and reduce the mechanical failure rate.
Stitching department adopt the touch screen operation. Parameter (stitching distance, number, species and back baffle) could change expediently.
Control system adopts OMRON PLC control system.
All switches in the control box adopt Taiwan ShiLin.
Bottom block, knives of stitching department adopt German tungsten steel, which is wearable.
The head of nail is made of special steel, computer precious produce.
Switches and buttons adopt Taiwan Tiande.
Change order in one minute very quickly, easy operation, no training necessary. Suitable for single, double and strengthen nail.
Automatic counter and easy for strapping.
Stitching distance can reach to 100mm, which display and adjust on the touch screen. Can stitch whatever the carton have cover or not.

Automatic strapping machine
(Additional option)
Automatic packaging line KX-305 is designed for leveling and tying stacks of corrugated boxes. Can work autonomously or in one line with automatic folder- gluing lines FGM or JH. A rotary mechanism is additionally installed, which Rotates stacks of finished products 90 degrees before alignment and tying.
